For tire manufacturing plants, a system is constructed to suit the weighing of polymers, carbons, filler, oil, and small quantities of chemicals in accordance with raw material forms, weighing values, precision, and charging processes.
For the manufacturing of products other than tires, a weighing system flexibly suited to a variety of products is constructed in addition to that for tire manufacturing.
For chemical weighing in particular, a system with zero adhesion is structured with a mixing system using low melting point sheets.
